Mid-Term Evaluation Consultant

Position: Mid-Term Evaluation Consultant 


Location: Mae Sot, Tak Province


Project:  Enhanced Capacity for Migrant Advocacy (ECMA)


Starting Date: November 2017


Closing Date for Job Application: October 12 2017 

Job Description: The Mid-Term Evaluation Consultant will evaluate the ECMA project; assessing its status, relevance, progress and performance as compared to the project document. As well as to make suggestions and recommendations of potential adjustments to the project so that it meets intended results and objectives. 


  • At least 10 years’ experience in the development field- particularly in migration issues
  • Experience in working with migrant communities would be beneficial
  • Experience in conducting similar scale evaluations
  • Concrete experience in providing written reports in English
