Job Description: Development officer organize events and campaigns to raise money and other donations for ADRA Thailand.  May design promotional materials and increase awareness of an organization’s work, goal and financial needs.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree in business, communications or related field.

Project:  Enhanced Capacities for Migrant Advocacy (ECMA)

Job Description: The M&E Officer conducts and designs monitoring system and tools based on the log frames of project proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in international development or related field.
  • Familiar with the migrant context of Thailand;
  • Experience working with NGOs in the field of management or monitoring and evaluation (2-3 years preferable).
  • Fluent in English and Thai (written and oral)
  • Fluent in Burmese is a plus

      Job Description: The Program Coordinator (technical) is responsible for supporting the project managers/coordinators of refugee and migrant programs, with a particular focus on supervising and strengthening the monitoring and evaluation system of these projects.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in international development or related field.
      • Minimum of 3 year experience in development field related to the position responsibilities outlined above,
      • Knowledge and experience in M&E is required,
      • Experience in report writing.
      • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
      • Understanding Thai is an advantage but not a requirement
