Strengthening Migrant Rights and Workplace Safety
in Thailand

ADRA’s “Strengthening Civil Society Organizations Capacity and Networks for Migrant Rights Project,” funded by the European Union, is dedicated to promoting decent work and economic growth for vulnerable migrant workers in Thailand’s Mae Sot district. This initiative directly addresses labour exploitation and unsafe working conditions by ensuring the protection of human and labour rights.

We collaborate with key partners, including the Labour Protection and Welfare Office and the Federation of Thai Industries, to improve safety standards and compliance with labour laws in twenty target factories. The project also empowers Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), migrant leaders, and government agencies through workshops, outreach, legal aid, and technical support. By fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships and providing legal aid, we are building a robust network that advocates for a safe, fair, and inclusive working environment for all migrant workers.
