Our Story

Building a Future Through Teamwork and Skills

On July 6, 2025, two friends — Poe Wa Kyaw Kyaw (33) and Nu Say Moo Nay Christ (19) — officially opened their motorcycle repair shop. What makes their journey remarkable is not just the service they provide, but the story of how skills, trust, and determination came together to create a livelihood for themselves and a valuable service for their community.

The two young entrepreneurs first met during a Motorcycle Repair vocational training course. Over the course of their training, they built a strong friendship based on trust, cooperation, and a shared dream of opening a shop together. Recognizing that their area had no motorcycle repair service despite being a busy place, they saw an opportunity. They combined their knowledge and resources, forming their group and launching the business right after completing the training.

At their shop, each member takes on a role to ensure smooth operations — from customer service to accounting — sharing responsibilities and supporting each other’s growth. Their teamwork is one of their biggest strengths. As they explain:

“We share knowledge with each other, encourage one another, and always try to provide affordable and reliable services for our customers.”

Their honesty, affordable prices, and strong teamwork quickly earned the trust of the community. Today, their daily income exceeds 200 THB, and they bring in more than 2,000 THB per month — a significant achievement for a new business. Customers know they can count on them for fair prices and dependable service, which keeps business growing steadily.

Of course, challenges remain. With only two members, it is difficult to serve many customers at once. They also face limitations with equipment and have little experience purchasing parts online, which sometimes causes delays or mistakes. But instead of discouraging them, these challenges have motivated the pair to learn, improve, and continue working hard.

Looking ahead, their long-term goal is to expand their shop with better tools and more materials so they can serve customers more effectively. Their dream is to grow into a well-equipped, trusted repair shop for the community.

To other vocational trainees, they offer this encouragement:

“No matter how difficult it is, try your best. Good will come after the bad. Keep going, practice what you learn, and never give up.”

Through resilience, honesty, and teamwork, Poe and Nu Say have not only built a business but also a path toward self-reliance and hope for the future.
