Chiang Rai Province, 6 Border Schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 85 Scholarships
On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Mr. Kriangsak Yotsarn, Director of the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, assigned Mr. Narong Khamsukhum, Deputy Director of the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, to preside over the scholarship award ceremony under the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA Thailand) in Chiang Rai Province.
The selection process identified 85 vulnerable students from six border schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Each student will receive a scholarship of 5,000 Baht per year from the foundation. ADRA Thailand will continue to support these scholarships for two academic years (2024-2025). The objective is to reduce the risk of students dropping out of school prematurely and falling into child labor, as well as to support and alleviate the financial burden of education for all 85 vulnerable students. The ceremony took place at the Doi Chom Thong Meeting Room, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
